The Game Expo teams up with Game On Cancer as charity partner

As part of the community feeling and gaming fun of The Game Expo, we also love to provide gamers a way to give back and do good.

To this end we’re proud to announce that TGX is partnering with Game On Cancer® as charity partner, supporting three fantastic zones at the show:

  • Cookie Brigade – buy a delicious cookie, which contributes directly to the cause!
  • AusSpeedruns – Cheer on the awesome speedrun attempts at TGX and build up a high score for donations
  • Apex Legends Creator Showdown – celebrate the best creator teams and support a good cause.

Shane Bailey, Head of Gaming & Streaming at Cure Cancer, said

“I’m incredibly excited that Cure Cancer is able to collaborate with TGX in its second year, this time as official charity partner. Working with the TGX team and our partners at AusSpeedruns and Cookie Brigade will allow us to raise much needed funds for the brilliant cancer researchers that our charity supports. The Game On Cancer® community has raised more than $1 million so far, and with the support of TGX, we’re looking forward to taking that even further this year.”

Join us at The Game Expo on March 23-24 and join in the awesome activities, buy a cookie, and make a donation.
